Always spying with a new set of eyes, she’s got yellow spectacles to match her mediums. Never hung by a tip of her tongue, she drowned the sound out. But tonight she was vying to fight for her satirical, electable, unstoppable... yeah let the judge here explain. (You did the right thing.) Then she said, no that’s not possible, (You did the wrong thing.) yes she said as the radio played the only kind of music that she couldn’t face. So treat her, strangely, open it bravely. Easy, but maybe...if dawn comes tonight. Walkin' ‘round through a nuclear cloud, she got the main ingredient: encyclopedias! All signs she’s rewriting her lines, how’s that a problem? What they’re tryin’ what they’re tryin’ to make her some animal or mineral? They might as well, have it all in the name. (You did the right thing.) Then she said, no that’s not possible, (You did the wrong thing.) yes she said as the radio played the only kind of music that she couldn’t taste. So treat her, strangely, open it bravely. Easy, but maybe...if dawn comes tonight. So treat her, strangely, open it bravely. Easy, but maybe...if dawn comes tonight. Just treat her, strangely, open it bravely. Easy, but maybe...if dawn comes tonight. (You did the right thing.) Then she said, that’s not possible, (You did the wrong thing.) yes she said as the radio played the only kind of news that could change her, the only time that she could choose her place, the only kind of music that she couldn’t face. Treat her, strangely, open it bravely. Easy, but maybe...when dawn comes tonight.

Uncover your eyes, I’ll tell you the story of no surprise. It started at three, then landed on chapter nineteen. No sermons for thieves, just strangers invading their own recipes to serve as they like: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry please. Hey! Just carry on idly smiling... but don’t bet on the odds against fools. And remember they’re wrong when they said the fever is you. Hey! Uncover your eyes, there’s more to the story of no surprise. So what more to do, when you surrender the time that blinds you? Through your microscope, the molecules change, but you’ve already shown the world isn’t blue, as the mercury climbs inside of you. Hey! Just carry on idly smiling... but don’t bet on the odds against fools (against you.) And remember the cost when they say the fever is you. Yes, the fever is you-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh. Ooh.…..ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh... oooh, ooooh, ooooooh…. Don’t carry on idly smiling and don’t bet on the odds against fools. Remember they’re wrong when they said the fever is you. Yes, the fever is you. Oh, the fever is you. Yeah, the fever is you. Hey!

Was it ever, a little treasure on the island, though? We came together, in the middle of a giant storm. Have you ever, dug your way out of a rabbit’s hole? And for your troubles, did you find them after all? I doubt we’d ever know, if we tested every door. It doesn’t really feel like it’s clever anymore. And just because you know how much it stings, you’re never gonna see, the middle side of me. Mmm...the middle side of me. No you’re never gonna see. We come together, little treasures on the island, though. And for the better, never speak until the tide has rolled. I doubt we’d ever know, if we tested every door. It doesn’t really seem, it’s like that any more. And just because you know just what it brings, you’re never gonna see, the middle side of me. The middle side of me. No, you’re never gonna see the middle side of me.

No more nickels and dimes, we’re keeping this baby alive. So if the offer’s good...maybe we could use a little push. All we want from this parade is that we can stay on borrowed dreams. Oh, the sidewalk waits like yesterday... in between…and in your speeding silver machine. No more nickels and dimes, we’re feeding our latest designs. With every dollar spent, we know we’re near the end, we know we’re near the end. All we want from this parade is that we can stay on borrowed dreams. Oh, the sidewalk waits like yesterday... so we can be free, yeah we’ll be free. We never quite were what they required. We wouldn’t roll the camera for another encore. No, no, no, no... we knew it wasn’t guaranteed. Oh, the sidewalk waits from yesterday... Got a good gut feeling, we’re in control, but it might be better just to let it implode. Uh-oh, how could we know? Uh-oh, presto chango! No more nickels and dimes! No more nickels and dimes! No more nickels and dimes! No more nickels and dimes! No more nickels and dimes! No more nickels and dimes! No more nickels and dimes! No more!

Walk Away 03:53
If you walk away, I’ll walk away. If you stand, I will listen, but it’s unnatural. Oh, when we’re feeling that strong... when the frozen winds are gone. Why would you walk away? Why walk away? Somewhere, they’ll bend the rules for someone... If you hold the truth, why be confused? Why play the white knight, when the bluff is gonna burn you like a blue fire? Yes, it’s cold if you’re going that far... just to find some cratered heart. Then you can walk away, but why walk away? Although it smolders all through the night, we’ve got the bruises from all the heights. What could we do right, what would it feel like, to put the means on top of your needs? ...to walk away... If you walk away...why would you walk away? Why walk away?

In this mess I feel I’ve sold all your rapture... the snowballs you captured, the glass in your hair. You did your best to keep our photos with captions... like coming attractions, to a carnival fair. They might you like you better if maybe you made that stranger feel... your love isn’t real, your love isn’t real. The minute you could hear the sound of them swarming... your eyes gave no warning… unmasked in the air. Oh is it really me in here on the axis? Or do we have to practice through parades and parades and parades and parades and charades and charades. In marvelous fashion, we loved how you made those strangers feel... your love isn’t real. They might you like you better, if baby you made them disappear. Your love isn’t real. Your love isn’t real. Your love is it real? Your love isn’t real. Your love is it real?

If you are running today, I could meet you by train. If you’re floating away, uncover your head, powder your face. I’ve always said...we’d meet again someday. If you come running today, I could meet you by train. But if I have to explain, nothing is solved, everything changes. Forget...you always said, (I...have...always...said...that.) I’ve always said...I’ve always said...we’ll meet again. Now that we’re far away, collecting what’s lost but can’t say... if only a word could take us somewhere... where we meet again. We’ll meet again (find me in shadows.) We’ll meet again. We’ll meet again (find me in shadows.) We’ll meet again. We’ll meet again (find me in shadows.) We’ll meet again. We’ll meet again (find me tomorrow.)

Matador Bell 03:31
I tried to get you out of the sun. Then I tried to fight you off like a matador. Then I was bored. I tried to fly you back to the sun. (Waaa-ahhh-ahhh-ahhh-ahhhh!) Then you were attacked by giant centipedes. Now I'm set free. (Now I’m set free.) Now I'm set free. (Now I’m set free.) Now I'm set free. I can’t look up, you almost have me hypnotized. Watchin’ you bluff then scoopin’ the confetti. No, I won’t slow down until you’re good and ready, like a matador bell, it doesn’t end well. Only to find your tears...paddling with, outracing your fears. Only to find my tears… have been raining inside your ears. I tried to get you out of the sun. (Waaa-ahhh-ahhh-ahhh-ahhhh!) Then I tried to fight you off like a matador. But, only to find your tears...paddling with, outracing your fears. Only to find my tears… I can’t look up, you almost have me hypnotized. Watchin’ you bluff while scoopin’ the confetti. No I won’t slow down until you’re good and ready, like a matador bell, it doesn’t end well. I can’t look up, you almost have me hypnotized. Watchin’ you bluff while scoopin’ the confetti. No I won’t slow down until you’re good and ready, like a matador bell, it doesn’t end well.

I don’t care anymore and I don’t want to think about it. Maybe I’ll set sail tonight and you won’t even know about it. I never want to say it in fact, I couldn’t really even imagine. I could just set it all ablaze, and wait for your reaction. (But) It doesn’t matter anymore what you meant that night, when you said another loves you more. I don’t care anymore and I don’t think you should bother. This time around we can be stronger. I just want you to try, try to think things over… let’s just applaud then start the motor. Bring all the lucky ones aboard and take a seat, ‘cause I am grateful that another loves you more. How do you know when the question’s closed? How do you know when the question’s closed? How do you know when to let go? How do you know what…it might foreshadow? Why did you play that? Why-ee-aye, Why-ee-aye-ee-aye-ee-oh? (Yes!) Yes, that’s enough now, you had it all but your doublespeak is over (cut it out.) It doesn’t matter anymore, what was said that night when you said another loves you more, when you said another loves you more. How do you know when the question’s closed? How do you know when to let go? I don’t care anymore, and I don’t want to think about it. Maybe I’ll tell tales tonight and you won’t even know about it. I never want to say it, in fact I never really even imagined. I could just leave it all ablaze, and wait for your reaction. And why it matters so much more, when I can see that time is faceless when another loves you more. How do we know when the question’s closed? How do we know? How do we know when the question’s closed? How do we know when to let go?
